For sellers

Sell your digital asset with a protected payment

YouTube channels, Telegram communities, newsletters, domains, websites, stores, SaaS and apps. You list with real metrics and prove ownership; the buyer pays into the platform; you hand off following a guided checklist and get paid once the inspection window closes.

How it works

Five steps from listing to payout

Every step happens inside the platform, with a record of who did what and when. No credentials by email, no payments outside the deal room.

Start selling
  1. Create your seller profile

Choose your display name and seller type (individual, professional, broker or business) and complete the KYC level your category requires.

  2. List the asset with real metrics

Audience, engagement, age, revenue and profit as they are. Each listing gets an estimated value range and an explainable risk score before it goes live.

  3. Prove ownership

Place a one-time code in the bio, a DNS TXT record or a meta tag — or use the YouTube and Telegram automatic checks. Only verified listings are published.

  4. Accept an offer and hand off

Offers and counter-offers expire on their own. When you accept, the buyer pays into the platform and the deal room opens with the checklist for your transfer method.

  5. Get paid after inspection

The buyer inspects for the agreed window. When it closes without a dispute, the sale completes and your payout is scheduled after the hold period.

What you can sell

Only categories with an official transfer path

We list what can change hands through the platform’s own ownership or role transfer, a registrar or app-store transfer, or a signed assignment. Everything else stays out — for your protection and the buyer’s.

Verification, KYC and payout

Built so neither side has to trust a stranger

Three layers protect a sale: ownership verification before publishing, identity verification before money moves, and a payout that only leaves the platform when everything checks out.

Ownership verification

Automatic checks for DNS TXT, HTML meta tag, YouTube channel description and Telegram description. Assisted checks with a bio code plus screenshot or video, a temporary admin invite, or a screen recording. Listings verified automatically are re-checked every 7 days.

Identity in levels

Basic (declared data) lets you list. Verified (document and selfie reviewed) is required to receive payouts. Enhanced (business registry, address, source of funds) unlocks high-value categories such as stores, SaaS, apps and brand IP.

Payout after the hold period

When the inspection window closes, the sale completes and a payout is scheduled for 3 days later. It is released only if there is no open dispute and your KYC level is met — as wallet credit or to the payout details in your profile.

How to sell a digital asset without handing your account to a stranger

Selling a channel, a community, a domain or a small software business is usually a conversation in a chat app, a bank transfer and a lot of hope. This guide explains how the marketplace replaces that hope with a process: verified ownership, a payment held by the platform, a handoff checklist tied to the official transfer path, and a payout that is released only when the inspection window closes.

Start with an honest listing

A listing is built from the numbers that matter to a buyer: audience size, average views, engagement rate, age of the asset, whether it is monetized, and monthly revenue and profit when they exist. You also state which transfer method the asset supports, because that method later becomes the handoff checklist inside the deal room.

Before the listing goes live, the platform computes an estimated value range from profit or revenue multiples for the asset type, comparable completed sales on the same platform, and adjustments for engagement, age and verification. It also assigns an explainable risk score: every point comes from a named factor, so both you and the moderators can see why a listing needs a closer look. The estimate is a range, never a guarantee of sale.

Prove ownership before anyone sees the listing

Nothing is published without an ownership check. Domains and websites are verified automatically through a DNS TXT record or an HTML meta tag. YouTube channels and Telegram channels or groups can be verified automatically by placing a one-time code in the description. Other assets use assisted methods: a code in the bio backed by a screenshot or video, a temporary read-only admin invite, or a screen recording of the platform dashboard, reviewed by a person.

Each verification records which field was checked, by which source, when and with which confidence. Active listings are re-verified periodically, and changing the handle or URL of a listing resets its verification, so the asset a buyer sees is the asset you actually control.

Offers, reservation and the deal room

Buyers send offers; you can accept, reject or counter. An offer expires after 72 hours if nobody acts on it. When an offer is accepted, the listing is reserved and the buyer has 24 hours to pay. Other pending offers on the same listing expire automatically, so two buyers can never reserve the same asset.

The buyer’s payment, plus the 3% buyer-protection fee, is recorded in the platform ledger as held funds. The deal room then opens with messaging and a checklist that mirrors the official transfer path for your category, such as inviting the buyer as a manager and transferring primary ownership, sending a registrar auth code, or starting an App Store transfer. Messages that try to move the deal to an outside chat or payment method are flagged automatically.

  • Offers and counter-offers with their own expiry
  • Reservation with a payment deadline read from the settings
  • Handoff checklist per transfer method, with each step recorded
  • Messaging with automatic flags for off-platform contact

Inspection, disputes and payout

After the handoff, the buyer inspects the asset for 72 hours by default. If the window closes without a dispute, the sale completes automatically. If the buyer opens a dispute, a staff member proposes a decision with a written rationale and a second staff member must confirm it before any money moves; only then are funds split between buyer and seller.

On completion, your payout is scheduled for 3 days later. It is released only if there is no open dispute, your seller profile is active and your KYC level meets the requirement for payouts. The success fee for your plan is deducted from the sale price (10% on Seller Free, 7% on Seller Pro and 5% on Seller Business, with a minimum of $10.00 per deal). The buyer-protection fee is paid by the buyer and never touches your amount.

Choosing a seller plan

Seller Free allows 3 active listings and is enough for a first sale. Seller Pro allows 50 listings with a 7% success fee, aimed at professional sellers and brokers. Seller Business allows 5,000 listings with a 5% fee and adds an SFTP inbox that imports inventory automatically. Batch import through the API works on any seller plan, but it needs an API key, which comes with the Reseller account plan. Plans are assigned by our team after reviewing your profile; the fee percentages are read from the platform settings and shown on this page as they are today.

Frequently asked questions

Which assets can I sell here?

Categories with an official transfer path: YouTube channels, Telegram channels and groups, newsletters, domains, websites and blogs, e-commerce stores, SaaS, mobile apps, content libraries and brand or IP rights. Some categories, such as Facebook pages, LinkedIn pages, Discord servers, WhatsApp channels, Spotify playlists and paid communities, are handled as assisted deals with a terms review. Instagram, TikTok, X, Twitch and Kick accounts and Reddit communities are not accepted because their terms forbid transfers.

How does the platform verify that I own the asset?

Domains and websites: a DNS TXT record or an HTML meta tag checked automatically. YouTube and Telegram: a one-time code in the description checked through the platform APIs. Everything else: a code in the bio with a screenshot or video, a temporary admin invite, or a screen recording, reviewed by a person. The listing is only published after verification passes.

When do I receive the money?

When the inspection window (72 hours by default) closes without a dispute, the sale completes and a payout is scheduled for 3 days later. It is released as wallet credit or to the payout details in your profile, provided there is no open dispute and your KYC level allows payouts.

What does it cost to sell?

Listing is free. On a completed deal you pay a success fee of 10% (Seller Free), 7% (Seller Pro) or 5% (Seller Business), with a minimum of $10.00. The buyer pays a separate 3% buyer-protection fee. All percentages are read from the current settings.

What happens if the buyer disputes the delivery?

Funds stay held. A staff member reviews the evidence in the deal room and proposes a decision with a written rationale; a second staff member must confirm it before any money moves. Depending on the decision, the funds are released to you, returned to the buyer, or split.

Do I need to complete KYC?

A basic level with declared data lets you list. Receiving a payout requires the verified level (document and selfie reviewed). High-value categories such as e-commerce stores, SaaS, mobile apps, brand IP and subscriber bases require the enhanced level with business registry, address and source-of-funds checks.

Can I deliver instantly?

Only in categories that allow it, such as Telegram channels and groups and domains, and only after our team approves your seller profile for instant delivery. The handoff material is stored in the vault and revealed once to the buyer after payment; the inspection window still applies.

Ready to list your first asset?

Create your seller profile in minutes. You only pay when a deal completes.

We never sell reviews or ratings. Some platforms restrict engagement services or account transfers in their terms; you are responsible for the rules of each platform you use. The marketplace lists asset categories that change hands through an official transfer path; account handovers are accepted only as assisted deals after a terms review. Accounts on platforms whose terms forbid transfers are not accepted.
