A growth panel and an asset marketplace that share one ledger
SocialMediaPRO does two jobs that usually live on separate sites. It resells social growth services from many suppliers under one catalog, and it runs a marketplace where verified sellers list channels, websites, domains and other digital assets. Both run on the same prepaid wallet and the same double-entry ledger, in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and German.
What the platform is
On the growth side, you order followers, likes, views, subscribers, members, comments, plays or story views for a link you own. The catalog only shows platforms that have published services, and each service displays its real minimum and maximum quantity, its start-time and speed claims, and whether refill and cancellation are supported. All of that is read from the product record, not from a marketing page.
On the marketplace side, sellers list assets such as channels, pages, groups and communities, newsletters, domains, websites, e-commerce stores, SaaS products and mobile apps. Buyers make offers, sellers counter, and the platform holds the money while the asset changes hands.
How routing and refunds work
The same service is often available from several suppliers with very different real-world results. SocialMediaPRO measures each supplier and service on three things: fill rate (how much of an order actually arrived), speed (how quickly it arrived) and drop (how much was lost afterwards). When you order, the router uses those measurements to choose the supplier. By default, the router scores each supplier on what it actually delivered and weighs that score against cost, so a cheaper supplier only wins when its record is close.
If a supplier fails repeatedly, a circuit breaker pauses it and orders move to the next best option until it recovers. If an order is only partly delivered, the undelivered share is refunded to your wallet proportionally and automatically. If the service has a refill window, you can request a refill inside it; where the supplier supports cancellation, you can cancel an order that has not started.
- Prepaid wallet with prices shown in USD, BRL, EUR or MXN, with every movement recorded as a balanced ledger entry.
- Automatic proportional refund on partial delivery; refill on request within each service’s window; cancellation where supported.
- Mass orders, projects and sub-users on the Agency plan; REST API and signed webhooks on the Reseller plan.
How the marketplace protects buyers and sellers
A listing goes live only after the seller proves ownership — a code placed in the bio, a DNS TXT record or a meta tag, depending on the asset — and passes review. Buyers see the audience, engagement and revenue figures the seller declared, with a badge when ownership has been verified.
Once an offer is accepted, the asset is reserved and the buyer funds the deal; from then on the money is held by the platform. A guided handoff playbook for that asset type walks both sides through the official transfer. The buyer then has an inspection window of 72 hours, the default set in the platform settings, to confirm that everything matches the listing; if the buyer takes no action, the deal is accepted automatically when the window ends. Only after acceptance is the seller's payout scheduled, and it is released after a hold window of 3 days. If something goes wrong, a dispute is decided by two members of staff, never by one.
- The buyer protection fee and the seller success fee are configured in the platform settings and shown before you commit.
- Instagram, TikTok, X, Twitch and Kick accounts and Reddit communities are not accepted, because their terms forbid transfers.
- Fake reviews and ratings are blocked everywhere, on both sides of the platform.
Who it is for
Creators and small brands use the growth catalog directly. Agencies and resellers use mass orders, projects, sub-users and volume-oriented plans, and connect their own systems through the API. Operators who want to sell under their own name run a white-label storefront on their own domain. Sellers of digital assets use the marketplace to reach buyers without handing an account to a stranger first.
- Creators and brands: one catalog, one wallet, clear limits.
- Agencies and resellers: API, webhooks, sub-users and white label.
- Buyers and sellers of digital assets: verification, funds held by the platform, guided handoff and disputes decided by two people.
Where we draw the line
SocialMediaPRO never sells reviews or ratings, in any category, on any platform. Some platforms restrict engagement services or account transfers in their terms of service; you are responsible for the rules of each platform you use, and the marketplace only lists asset categories that have an official transfer path.
We also do not publish numbers we cannot back: no invented customer counts, star ratings or delivery guarantees. What you see on a service page — limits, start time, speed, refill window — comes from the product record, and fees come from the settings that apply to your plan.
