1.Partial delivery
If a supplier delivers only part of an order, the undelivered share is refunded automatically to your wallet, split between deposited funds and bonus credit in the same proportion you paid.
2.Canceled or failed orders
Refunded in full to the wallet.
3.Refill
Services with a refill window can be refilled on request within that window.
4.Marketplace
Funds stay in protected escrow until you accept the asset, the inspection window ends without a dispute, or a dispute is decided.
