Sell an asset

How a protected deal works

Six steps, each recorded in the deal room. Money only moves through the platform’s ledger.

  1. 1. Offer or buy now

Send an offer (the seller can counter) or pay the asking price. Offers below 30% of the asking price are not sent, and every offer expires after 72 hours.

  2. 2. Reservation

Once an offer is accepted the asset leaves the storefront. You have 24 hours to fund the deal from your wallet; otherwise the reservation is released and the asset is listed again.

  3. 3. Funds held

Price plus the buyer protection fee move from your wallet to the platform’s escrow account in a double-entry ledger. The seller sees the deal is funded but cannot touch the money.

  4. 4. Guided handoff

The seller follows a checklist for the official transfer method of that asset type. Sensitive material is shared through one-time secure items inside the deal room, never by chat.

  5. 5. Inspection

You have 72 hours to confirm access, metrics and integrations. If you take no action, the deal is accepted automatically when the window ends.

  6. 6. Release or dispute

Accept and the seller is paid after a 3-day hold. Open a dispute and a staff member proposes a refund, a release or a split — a second staff member must confirm before any money moves.

What can be listed

We list categories that change hands through the platform’s own mechanism: ownership or role transfer, registrar or app-store transfer, or a signed assignment. Account handovers are accepted only as assisted deals after a terms review, and categories whose terms forbid transfers are blocked.

Frequently asked questions

Is my money safe while the seller transfers the asset?

Yes. When you fund a deal, the price and the buyer protection fee move from your wallet to the platform’s escrow account in a double-entry ledger. The seller cannot withdraw anything until you accept the delivery, the inspection window ends without a dispute, or a dispute is decided by two staff members. If you take no action, the deal is accepted automatically when the window ends.

What happens if the asset does not match the listing?

Open a dispute during the inspection window. A staff member proposes a refund, a release or a split with a written rationale, and a second staff member must confirm the decision before any funds move. If the outcome is a refund, the handoff’s secure items are destroyed.

How long is the inspection window?

The default is 72 hours, counted from the moment the seller submits the handoff (or immediately after funding for instant-delivery listings). If you take no action, the deal is accepted automatically when the window ends.

Which assets are blocked from the marketplace?

Personal accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, Twitch and Kick, and Reddit communities: their terms forbid selling or transferring them. Reviews and ratings are never sold. Categories that require a terms review — Facebook and LinkedIn pages, Discord servers, WhatsApp channels, Spotify playlists, paid communities and subscriber bases — are accepted only as assisted deals.

What does “instant delivery” mean on a listing?

The seller has pre-deposited the transfer material (for example a domain auth code) in the platform’s vault. As soon as you fund the deal, you can read it once, and your inspection window starts right away. Only sellers approved for instant delivery, and only asset categories where it is permitted, can offer it.

Are there seller reviews or star ratings?

No. The platform never shows reviews or ratings, bought or otherwise. What you see on a seller card is factual: the number of completed sales, whether identity verification was passed and how long the seller has been registered.

Can I pay the seller directly to avoid the fee?

No, and you should not. Messages that contain contact details or off-platform payment requests are hidden from the other party, and a payment made outside the platform has no escrow, no inspection window and no dispute process. The buyer protection fee is 3% of the price and is what funds that protection.

Buying and selling digital assets without handing over trust

A digital asset changes hands in minutes, but the money and the access rarely move at the same time. This marketplace closes that gap: the buyer pays into a ledger the seller cannot touch, the seller transfers the asset through the platform’s official mechanism, and the buyer gets an inspection window before anything is released. Below is how each part works, what can be listed and what to check before you commit.

What you can buy here

The catalog covers assets that have a real, documented transfer path: YouTube channels run as Brand Accounts, Telegram channels and groups, newsletters with a consent trail, domains, websites and blogs, e-commerce stores, SaaS products, mobile apps, content libraries and registered brands. Some categories — Facebook pages, LinkedIn pages, Discord servers, WhatsApp channels, Spotify playlists, paid communities and subscriber bases — are accepted only as assisted deals, because their terms require a human review before a sale.

Personal accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, Twitch and Kick are not listed at all, and neither are Reddit communities: their terms forbid selling or transferring them, and a “transfer” of that kind would leave the buyer with nothing enforceable. The same applies to reviews and ratings, which are never sold anywhere on this platform.

How ownership verification works

A listing only goes live after the seller proves control of the asset. For domains and websites the check is automatic: a DNS TXT record or an HTML meta tag must contain a code generated for that listing. YouTube channels and Telegram communities are verified through the official APIs, which also turn the subscriber or member count into a verified metric. Channels that cannot be checked by API use a code placed in the bio plus evidence reviewed by a person.

Verification codes expire after 72 hours. Listings verified by an automatic check (DNS, meta tag, YouTube or Telegram) are re-checked every 7 days; if the code disappears, the listing is taken down until it is verified again. Each listing shows two separate statuses: ownership verified and metrics verified.

The protected transaction, step by step

Everything starts with an offer or a “buy now” at the asking price. Offers below 30% of the asking price are not sent, both sides can counter, and each offer expires after 72 hours. When an offer is accepted the asset is reserved and disappears from the storefront; the buyer then has 24 hours to fund the deal from a prepaid wallet. Promotional bonus balance cannot be used for asset purchases.

Funding moves the price plus the buyer protection fee into the platform’s escrow account inside a double-entry ledger, so every cent is traceable. The seller then works through a checklist tailored to the transfer method — inviting the buyer as manager, transferring channel ownership, sending a registrar auth code, migrating hosting, assigning intellectual property — and shares anything sensitive through one-time secure items that expire.

The buyer’s inspection window lasts 72 hours. Accepting releases the funds to the seller’s payable balance; doing nothing accepts the deal automatically at the end of the window. A payout is then scheduled after a 3-day hold, and it is only released to sellers whose identity verification meets the required level.

  • Reservation to fund the deal: 24 hours.
  • Inspection window: 72 hours, with automatic acceptance at the end.
  • Payout hold after completion: 3 days.
  • Offer validity: 72 hours; counter-offers alternate between the parties.

Fees, in plain terms

Buyers pay a protection fee of 3% on top of the agreed price when they fund the deal. Sellers pay a success fee only when a sale completes: 10% on the free seller plan, 7% on the Pro plan and 5% on the Business plan, with a minimum of USD 10 per deal. There is no listing fee, and nothing is charged on offers that never complete. All amounts are shown in the listing’s currency, and the deal is paid from deposited funds in that currency.

Disputes and who decides them

Either party can open a dispute from the moment the deal is funded until the end of inspection. A staff member reviews the evidence and proposes an outcome — full refund, full release or a split — with a written rationale. That proposal is not enough on its own: a second staff member must confirm it before the ledger moves a single entry. If the outcome is a refund, the secure items shared during the handoff are destroyed so the buyer keeps no access material.

What to check before you commit

Read the metrics report on each listing: verified rows come from an official API or a reviewer, declared rows come from the seller. Compare the asking price with the estimated value range, which is built from monthly profit multiples and comparable completed deals and is never a guarantee. Ask questions through the listing’s message form — messages containing contact details or off-platform payment requests are hidden from the other party for your safety — and never share passwords in chat. The transfer always happens inside the deal room.

We never sell reviews or ratings. Some platforms restrict engagement services or account transfers in their terms; you are responsible for the rules of each platform you use. The marketplace lists asset categories that change hands through an official transfer path; account handovers are accepted only as assisted deals after a terms review. Accounts on platforms whose terms forbid transfers are not accepted.
